BreatheIN, StressOUT Workshop

Throughout the remote learning academic year, we realised that students felt lonely and struggled more to obtain motivation for their studies during the pandemic. We invited professional speakers to conduct a 2-day mindfulness workshop. During the sessions, participants were prompted to reflect on their sources of stress, and how they can mitigate their stress with simple and practical mindfulness practices. Most participants enjoyed the discussion session where they were formed into small groups to share their stressful beliefs and exchange ideas on how they overcame them.
