Buddy System is a peer-to-peer program organized for participants to learn and progress together. It is an onboarding and knowledge-sharing method used to create a collaborative learning environment which enables participants to develop social networks as they transition themselves into their university lives. We conducted different themes each month in Semester 2 that have provided variety and encouragement for participants to participate in games and overcome challenges as a team.
