LLDS is a local conference which aims to create platform where AIESECers get to discover themselves and understand AIESEC better. The last LLDS was hosted in November 2020 and we had invited our alumni back to deliver sessions and did their sharing in their working life. It was very relevant as our members got to improve their soft skills such as team management, self-aware, communications etc and realized how can AIESEC helped in their career path.
