The 8th Melaka Indoor Archery Championship is an annual event that was organized by the Melaka Archery Association, where it will be held at SMK Ayer Keroh. `The competition will follow the World Archery regulations where the archers will be shooting in an 18 meters distance. The Qualifying round will be then proceeded with Olympic Round where its the archery equivalent of elimination round to test the most prepared archer on a one on one battle. The purpose of the event is to instill experience towards prominent archers that participate and to see where participating archers stand on a national level basis.
