Notts Talks was one of the biggest events we have been able to organize. It was our way of adapting to the virtual environment, where we decided to give it a shot and invite multiple speakers to hold a talk to the students of not only Nottingham Malaysia, but also Nottingham UK. The event was held across two campuses and attracted many participants. We were successfully able to invite the Squash Champion Mohamed Elshorbagy, Tour Guide Passant Nur El-Din, and the Olympic Swimmer Farida Osman. They delivered beautiful, interactive talks to the participants, each one in their respective field. Moreover, we were also able to organize an Alumni talk, where we invited our much-beloved alumni to introduce us to the lives after university and hear about their stories and what it took for them to reach where they are.
