Weekly Meditation has always been one of our event highlights throughout the years. This event created a platform for students to gather weekly to calm their minds and join insightful discussions. The themes for the Autumn and Spring semesters of the year 2020/21 were “Self-Love & Mindfulness” guided by Dr. Karma Choedron, and “Happiness, Wellness & Strength in Uncertain Times” guided by Bhikkhu Ratthapala respectively. QnA and sharing sessions were led by our speaker after the guided meditation to address any queries.
