Founded in 2019, Writer's Society (or WriteSoc, for short) has been the home for all budding and veteran writers of UNM! We aim to create a platform where writers of all backgrounds can explore various types of writing (prose, poetry, and more!) and engage with their peers to create, showcase, and discuss their work. We also offer events with local published writers as well as workshops with the university's own qualified lecturers in order to foster members' talents in both the creative and academic fields.
